Playing with Wikia's new look I've added the following to MediaWiki:Wikia.css:

}

.WikiaRail { 
  font-size: 75% !important;
  width: 200px !important; 
}

  width: 192px !important;
}

.LatestPhotosModule { 
  display: none !important;
}
